Daphne Frias is a Latina disability rights advocate, climate justice organizer, and storyteller from West Harlem, New York City. Living with Cerebral Palsy and using a wheelchair, she brings a uniquely embodied perspective to every cause she champions.
Her work applies a public health lens to advocacy — recognizing that gun violence, the climate crisis, and inaccessible systems are all deeply connected. She doesn't work in silos. She works at the root.
Named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in the Social Impact category for 2025, her impact has been covered by the New York Times, Teen Vogue, NPR, Vice, and Elle.
Daphne speaks at colleges, summits, conferences, and corporate events — weaving together lived experience, data, and radical hope into talks that move audiences to act. She also consults with nonprofits on campaigns that amplify Gen Z voices.
